  【 University-wide Harassment Prevention Inservice Training 2025-2026 】
     We are happy to announce that the 2025-2026 University-wide Harassment Prevention Training is now open for participation.
   The training is available from March 9th (Mon.) through June 30th (Tue.).
   Regardless of department / affiliation, any UTokyo member with a valid UTokyo account can participate.

To all current clients and those who are considering counseling at the HCC

Notice of Temporary Closure
   Due to adjustments in our operational structure, the Harassment Counseling Center
     will be closed for the entire day at all locations (Hongo, Komaba, and Kashiwa)
     during the period indicated below.
      Closure Period: Monday, March 2 – Thursday, March 19, 2026
  During the closure period, the online consultation form for new inquiries
     will also be temporarily unavailable.
 We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those who planned to
     use our services, and we appreciate your understanding.
   Please note that individauls who are currently receiving ongoing support will
     continue to receive assistantce during the closure period.
   New consultation service are scheduled to resme sequentially from March 23 onward. 
   The Harassment Counseling Center's opening schedule is as follows: 
   ・ Hongo Counseling Room: Open from Monday through Wednesday and Friday 
                                               *Closed on Thursdays
 ・ Komaba Counseling Rooms: Open on Monday and Wednesday 
 ・ Kashiwa Counseling Rooms: Open on Friday
 Office hours are 10:00am-12:00pm, 2:00pm-5:00pm
   If you are considering consulting with us, please first read
   "For those seeking consultation" before scheduling an appointment.
   Counseling/consultation sessions are by appointment ONLY.
   Please refrain from walking in. 
   Counseling or consultation sessions can be conducted online via Zoom,
    in person, by phone, or by email.
   If you wish to remain anonymous during your counseling/consultation sessions,
   please choose telephone or email as your mode of communication.
   Please note that anonymity cannot be maintained in face-to-face and Zoom sessions. 
   The Harassment Counseling Center is currently receiving a high volume of
   appointment requests and inquiries. We will respond in the order
   they are received. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
   Please note that we may not be able to guarantee an immediate appintment
    if your request is made close to your desired date.
   We would appreciate it if you could schedule your appointment well in advance.
 


If there are any future changes to our operations, cousulting system,
or related services, we will provide updated information on this website.
