2024年度相談件数について
Number of Consultation Cases in FY2024
In the 2024 academic year, HCC handled a total of 611 cases. Among the categories of consultees, students accounted for the largest proportion (students: 37%, faculty: 20%, staff: 30%, others: 13%). Consultations from faculty and staff include not only their own concerns but also requests for consultation in their capacity as supervisors. The “others” category includes consultations from family members of university members and former members such as alumni.
Please note that these consultations are based on self-reports by the consultees and do not represent the number of harassment incidents that occurred at the University, nor the number of cases officially recognized as harassment by the University.

Please note that the HCC is start reporting the following annual data on its website from the 2023 Academic Year, and each academic year thereafter, to provide information about the Center's usage situation:
- The number of clients who used the HCC's counseling and consultation services - Those clients' positions/statuses associated with the UTokyo (Student, Researcher, Staff, Faculty, or Other). Both of these data sets will statistically be processed and therefore each client will not be identified. |
